The Travel Alamanc #4

The Travel Almanac is a Berlin-born, biannual art-culture magazine that treats travel as a mindset, not a brochure. Issue #4 (Autumn/Winter 2012) puts filmmaker Harmony Korine on the cover and anchors a series of deep, conversational features with creative figures about their travel experiences and perspectives. Alongside Korine, it includes contributions from artists and writers such as Heinz Emigholz, Kalup Linzy, Lynn Davis, Rudy Wurlitzer and Walter Van Beirendonck, blending interviews, photography and cultural reflection in a way that sidesteps standard tourism tropes.
